I love hot dips! They can be great for an easy dinner, a party or a get together with friends. One of my favourites is artichoke dip. I cheat and use the artichoke spice mix from organic world (it is very good). Here is what I add to the spice mix:
-1 small log of plain creamy goat cheese
-1 small can of artichoke hearts
-1/2 cup of thick greek yogurt (plain)
-1/2 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
-You can also add spinach or green onion to it as well
I mix all the ingredients together in a bowl that can go in the oven. THen I bake it until it is bubbling and ready to eat (about 20 mins).
Serve with gluten free crackers of your choice.
