Best Healthy Cookies EVER!

1 1/2 – 2 CUPS rolled oats (GF)
1/2 cup almond meal
3 mashed bananas
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
4 packets of stevia

Add all dried ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients (mash bananas first). Add wet and dry together. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until browned. When you place the dough on the cooking sheet it will be a bit wet (can’t form with hands), but if it seems to wet add a bit of extra rolled oats.
